At ShipWave, all sales are generally considered final. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for our Pro plan ($24.99/month).

Subscriptions are non-refundable by default. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
1. Refund Policy
ShipWave does not offer automatic refunds or a money-back guarantee. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Circumstances where a refund may be considered include:
- Billing errors — if you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- Extended service outages — if the platform experienced significant downtime that prevented you from using the service
- Other exceptional circumstances — evaluated at our discretion
Refunds are not guaranteed in any of the above cases. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, unused portions of a billing cycle, or for simply choosing not to use the platform.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You will retain full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing period
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your app data and post history will be preserved on the Free plan
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through one of these methods:
- Go to Billing in your ShipWave dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Email support@shipwave.dev with a cancellation request
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@shipwave.dev with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your ShipWave account and a description of the reason for your request
- We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
