Can I try ShipWave before paying?
Yes. The Free plan lets you add your app and generate AI post drafts at no cost. You can preview exactly what your launch posts will look like before upgrading.
How does billing work?
Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, then is billed monthly at $30. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@shipwave.dev for a full refund. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods through our payment processor, Paddle.
Will my price ever change?
If we change pricing in the future, existing subscribers will be notified in advance and may be grandfathered into their current rate.
